Our Process & Guide

A simple 8 step process that guides you from initial reach out to move-in.

Step 1:

Fill out our interest form. After completion our team will reach out with available options and tour times.

Step 2:

Book and attend a tour. Be sure you bring your ID and proof of income so you can apply with our team.

Step 3:

Complete your application and get approved. Application approvals usually take about 24 hours.

Step 4:

Pay the nonrefundable $350 fee. This locks in your room and starts your free perks with us.

Step 5:

Set your move-in date and sign your agreement. Your agreement is what finalizes your room reservation.

Step 6:

Pay your prorated installment 48 hours before move-in. We will send you a reminder on the due date.

Step 7:

Receive your door codes and other info. You will receive your codes via text at 8am on your move-in day.

Step 8:

Move-in and enjoy your savings. Our member support team takes over and assists with anything you need.
